Had the Unfortunate experience of working at this Company. I resigned after 2 weeks and then they refused to pay me my final pay. You have to wonder about a Real Estate Agency that has to get it's owner and Sales Person to put up a review to bump it's rating. Check the website they are both listed as Employees.... :(
Clearwater try and turn a sale into a bidding war by telling you an exact figure someone els has offered and prompt you to pay 5k above that. After jerking you around they won't get back to you for a week, then they tell you the house is sold. Don't waste you're time.
