As purchaser we found Ben Bate easy to deal with. Questions that we had were answered, or investigated if required. Ben and his staff also made time for us to view properties which was very helpful as we couldn't always view at the specified open times. Most pleasing is that we found the staff honest and upfront - at no stage did we feel that the agent was trying to hide things or issues from us.
