Good place to rest clean rooms freindly host
Good location. Room is okay. The stuff was drinking a lot when we first arrived at afternoon. Smelling. We payed straight away when we check in. By they charged us another amount at night time that I didnt know at all. Couple days later, we checked credit card details found out it, we tried few days to contact them, called them few times, no one answered phone, leaved massage, no call back. Sent screenshots of transactions to them, no response from them. I have to go through my bank to disputed one of the payment which take more time to get my money back. Very upset.
Very disappointing room was smelly, fridge was disgusting and mouldy air con blocked room was filthy. Not worth the money.place needs a major renovation. Would not recomend
This hotel was a positive experience from the beginning. Welcoming, helpful staff; very clean room and the bathroom was spotless. This was topped off with very hot water and great water pressure. The location is central to the main features of the town and when I inadvertently left behind an important belonging and they went out of their way for it to be returned. Can completely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
