If I had a chance to rate this experience with 0 stars I would. I am not happy at all, I booked my car a week in advance - then showed up at 8:15am hoping that my car would be one of the first to be serviced and road worthied. Unfortunately, it was not - I called at 12:15pm to be informed that my car had not been looked at yet and that it wouldn't be ready until after 3pm. I live 20 minutes away from Narooma, I had nothing prepared for a big day. I ended up not getting my service as it was just ridiculous. This is a huge disappointment, don't go here unless you're really desperate.
Honedt and reliable mechanics. Had my car serviced here and it rolled like a diamond after the service!!
Its a shame that Narooma Motors has the Reputable NRMA dealership for roadside service. As it doesnt matter how high you at for NRMA membership, they will still only tow it to the nearest NRMA workshop. That is, if they tow it. My experience was horrific and NRMA only made excuses for them. I believe, if you pay for extra cover, you should be able to have your car towed to the closest trusted mechanics. My car has been off the road since. Less fortunes paid to them. Not at allSatisfied with them
Excellent and honest. Sometimes my car ignition wouldn't start. The diagnosis was the starter motor. I left my car there dreading a big bill but on closer inspection they found it was just a problem with the key thingy. They rang me to tell me the good news and didn't charge me at all. A less ethical car repairer may have changed the starter motor anyway. Thank you Peter and the team for being so honest.
